Just testing out the new WordPress app on my iPhone. It looks so much better than the old one I used to have. Let’s see if it actually works!
I just finished reading three chapters of “A Long Way Gone” for today. Yay for shoolwork over the break! Actually that’s only one of the books I have to read for school next nine weeks. Next is Carl Sagan’s “The Demon-Haunted World” which is much longer than the book I’m reading now.
Speaking of books, I plan on writing the first chapter of my book today since I had a chat with the publishing company yesterday and eveything looks good. I’ve gotten so many fan responses so that makes my job a whole lot easier! More info on the book is here.
Check out what my Twi-hard friend got me for Christmas… Do I even need to explain myself? Apparently it’s a Twilight Saga parody from The Harvard Lampoon. I was flipping through it earlier today and it looks like a whole book of nerdy Twilight references, can’t wait to read it!

About three things I was absolutely certain. First, Edwart was most likely my soul mate, maybe. Second, there was a vampire part of him–which I assumed was wildly out of his control–that wanted me dead. And third, I unconditionally, irrevocably, impenetrably, heterogeneously, gynecologically, and disreputably wished he had kissed me.
And thus Belle Goose falls in love with the mysterious and sparkly Edwart Mullen in the Harvard Lampoon’s hilarious send-up of Twilight.
Pale and klutzy, Belle arrives in Switchblade, Oregon looking for adventure, or at least an undead classmate. She soon discovers Edwart, a super-hot computer nerd with zero interest in girls. After witnessing a number of strange events–Edwart leaves his tater tots untouched at lunch! Edwart saves her from a flying snowball!–Belle has a dramatic revelation: Edwart is a vampire. But how can she convince Edwart to bite her and transform her into his eternal bride, especially when he seems to find girls so repulsive?
Complete with romance, danger, insufficient parental guardianship, creepy stalker-like behavior, and a vampire prom, Nightlight is the uproarious tale of a vampire-obsessed girl, looking for love in all the wrong places.
So after about two years of hiatus from my blog and WordPress, I’ve decided to come back. My reasons? Well, my other website BellaAndEdward.com is having some issues at the moment, and while the server dudes sort everything out I decided to get this lovely site up and running again. Let me just start off by saying that WordPress has changed a great deal since I left it a while ago. Or maybe I just never discovered its full potential. But whatever the reason I have to say that I am in love with WordPress at the moment! So many things to do and implement! While I wait for BAE (BellaAndEdward.com, of course) to revert back to normal, here is a list of things I would like to accomplish with this site:
Add cute font styles/decorations (bold, italics, underline, etc)
Edit the blockquote css
Add information to the about me section and welcome section
- Start building up the pages. Should I use WordPress pages or my own?
- Go shopping so I can do a haul! lol, I’ve always wanted to do a haul.
Of course, I happen to be still in school. One more day until I’m out for winter break… I think I can make it. Yesterday was great because I got to sleep in until 9:30 (which I don’t get to do very often because school starts at 9:00). The two finals I had were PreCal and History and since I was exempt from PreCal my teacher didn’t make me sit through an hour and a half of nothingness. How nice of her
Tomorrow I have Physics (which I’m also exempt from, but unlike PreCal, I do have to sit through the entire period) and Computer Science. Speaking of which, I should be studying for that right now. Hopefully I’ll get to post more later! Bye!
